AWI Wins Basrah Gas Company’s Framework Agreements for Integrated Services Construction

Basrah Gas Company (BGC) awarded AWI a call-off contract for Framework Agreements for Integrated Services Construction, spanning 3 years from 2nd April 2023 to 01 April 2026, with options for 1 year extension in 2 consecutive years thereafter.

Under the contract, AWI will support BGC in its various projects in Zubair, Rumaila, Um Qasr, and West Qurna Oil Fields in Iraq. These will include scopes ranging from civil engineering, project management, steelworks, pipework and pipelines, electrical/instrumentation/ telecoms, architectural projects, passive fire protection, painting works, scaffolding, and engineering & drafting, to provision of construction laborers, equipment, and temporary facilities.

This project is a significant and strategic win for AWI, unlocking another platform for growth and opportunity to scale our business whilst demonstrating strong demand for our service offering and showcasing our expertise in providing quality and innovative services.
