AWI Awarded Weatherford Power Generation Contract in Zubair Field, Iraq

Zubair Field, Iraq - September 19, 2013

AWI announced today that Weatherford Oil Tool Middle East Ltd. has selected its construction services business to provide 2.8 Megawatt Temporary Electrical Power at Hammar, Rafdhia and Zubair Construction Sites.

AWI will supply and install diesel generators of varying size, fuel tanks and electrical distribution boards. The Project will also include the installation of underground cables. The Project is scheduled to be completed in Q1 2014.
