AWI Secures a Long-Term Service & Supply Agreement with ExxonMobil at WestQurna-I Field, Iraq

AWI has secured a comprehensive, long-term service and supply agreement that covers the provision of personnel and services as well as general equipment to ExxonMobil at WQ-I Field, Iraq. Under the terms, AWI will be providing a range of equipment, which includes, but is not limited to pipe layers, bending machines, heavy trucks, cranes, forklifts, vans, buses, welding machines, generators and light plants as well as highly specialized equipment. AWI will maintain, repair and inspect all equipment to ensure operator safety and performance capabilities.

AWI will also supply personnel and operators who have the necessary training and in-field experience. Of course, AWI will manage all contractors to ensure compliance with safety and performance regulations and supply industry-standard personal protective equipment. In the event of emergencies, AWI contractors will be available seven days a week and on holidays.

 

In addition, AWI will take responsibility for all of contractor support services required to accommodate contracted personnel onsite, for example, meal services and dormitories.
