Project Coordinator


Location: Dubai, UAE and Basra, Iraq


Job Description:

Plan, coordinate and administer activities within assigned projects areas; develop, coordinate and advise on policy related to any major projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides project management/coordination for assigned projects/events and Accountable for achieving results.
  • Utilizes established project management & program methodology in developing project tasks & deliverables
  • Thorough understanding of policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Assists in developing appropriate value-added services/support to meet departmental and customer needs
  • Searches and analyses data from appropriate information systems
  • Translates data into clear and concise communications and reports
  • Manages and Maintains large quantities of documentation and data for multiple projects across the System


Project Management:

  • Provides technical and functional support to all internal and external parties with Project Plan to collect outstanding data for each client(s) and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Defines a detailed implementation plan for all customers.
  • Works with client(s) to map their current process, understand client pain points and identify areas of improvement to maximize efficiencies through best practices.
  • Provides frequent feedback regarding product gaps or potential new features through discussion and solution design sessions with the client(s)
  • Diagnoses, researches and resolves customer concerns and requests
  • Coordinates with client(s) to collect setup documentation of all applicable products
  • Ensures all open implementation tasks are completed, client(s) acceptance meeting is successfully conducted, and all handoff requirements are met per the process to indicate that the client is trained and prepared to transition to the long-term steady state team.
  • Proactively anticipates client(s) needs and assesses risk
  • Holds internal and external partners accountable to project objectives and timelines
  • Easily adapts to internal process changes and stays up to date on product developments
  • Consistently meets internal deadlines for reports, trainings, etc.


Communication:

  • Monitors all communication channels including but not limited to e-mail and telephone notifications providing prompt responses
  • Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues to establish cordial/effective working relationships
  • Tactfully communicates critical feedback to clients, colleagues and managers
  • Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant client problems
  • Attends and leads meetings as required (on site and/or web meeting)
  • Communicates agendas and recaps for all meetings and trainings


Qualifications:

  • Communicates agendas and recaps for all meetings and trainings
  • A Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated academic achievement.
  • 3-7 Years professional experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
  • Interpersonal Skills – The ability to establish oneself as a peer and trusted partner for our client counterparts.
  • Tenacity /Grit – This role will require getting deep into details and performing very granular reviews and extensive process shadowing.
  • Change Management – The ability to help counterparts through difficult transitions to a new process, workflow, or situation.
  • Motivation / Drive – Successful candidates will have a desire for continues learning. Self-starting and going beyond what are asked to take on new challenges and create innovative solutions.
  • Analytical Skills – Understanding of complex Excel and Access and/or simple SQL and Visual Basic are a plus.

Transition Lead


Location: Dubai, UAE and Basra, Iraq


Job Description:

Partner with client representatives to perform detailed reviews of project transition and operational metrics with the goal of identifying and capitalizing upon opportunities for process, cost, and customer satisfaction improvement. The ideal candidate will partner with the client during project transition and operators to perform detailed process reviews with the objective of identifying cost, operations and customer satisfaction. The Transition Lead also serves as a liaison for training and subject matter expertise on the utilization methods and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and optimize solutions including scheduling, onboarding, and execution.
  • Achieve business objectives spanning operational efficiency, experience, and process excellence.
  • Lead and drive the necessary change in the right way within the client organization to achieve targeted metric results across front office and operations.
  • Work collaboratively with client transition team to analyze performance, determine prioritized action plans, and complete assigned action items on time.
  • Mitigate back-end revenue leakage through lean process improvement, application of configurable rules, and advanced quantitative analysis on core metrics.
  • Serves as a liaison for between company and client team on different matters, training and subject matter expertise on the utilization of onsite team.
  • Interpret basic data sets and create data analyses to drive desired results.
  • Respond to ad-hoc client requests and develop high quality solutions, timely.
  • Coach client staff to improve workflow and operational performance.
